EVENT COORDINATOR

JOB DESCRIPTION

The candidate will be in charge of organizing events and decorate accordingly all along the year:

- Take care of internal events organized at LSEF. Manage all aspects of the event planning process, including collaboration with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, venue identification, printing and design of materials and budget tracking.

- Take care of external events (catering, bakery products for professionals).

- Manage all supplier relationship for event sponsors/cooperation.

- Monitor market and competitor activities, propose company’s product improvements and marketing activities accordingly.

- Create summary reports of each event.

- Other tasks required by line manager.

NOTES

- Able to work mainly in the weekends.

REQUIREMENTS

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Event planning
- Good interpersonal skill
- Vendor management skill
- Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities
- Good command of spoken and written English & Vietnamese
