CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTION

Customer Care: In charge of all tasks related to customers

- Loyalty program (membership)

- Take care of questions and requirements of customers (by phone / social media / …)

- Resolve customer complaints

- Planning and reporting about loyalty program, customers’ requests and complaints.

Order Care: In charge of placing booking / orders and delivery 

- Taking orders (via phone / eCommerce / social media / delivery apps (Grab / Now /…)…)

- Delivery process

- Take care of booking from customers

Others

- Other tasks required by line manager

- Muti-tasking

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

- 1-year experience in customer service is required

-Good oral and written communication in both English and Vietnamese

- Excellent Customer services skills, Good phone skills

- Team spirit

- High Energy

- Resolving conflicts

- Communication
