JOB DESCRIPTION

Le Square Epicier Fin is a concept store, joining a delicatessen store, a catering area, a bakery, and a café/restaurant.

“Taste the difference”: it defines perfectly the atmosphere of Le Square Epicier Fin. Indeed, it is a combination of delicatessen store and chilling space where customers can enjoy food, visit and relax peacefully. We want to bring a new experience thanks to our professional services.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Awareness:

  • Follow up and update day by day Loyalty Program.
  • Remember, be aware and track sales reports of membership customers daily.
  • Solving the complaints. Give the solutions and report directly to the Line Manager.

Orders Processing:

  • Receive and process the orders from customers via Hotline, Zalo, Grab, Lazada,….
  • Delivery Process Procedures are applied properly to deliver the orders for customers on time.
  • Co-operate with other departments to process a booking. (such as special dishes, reservations, small parties, … )

Telesales:

  • Always update new arrivals, new dishes for customers by contacting via Phone, Message, Email, …
  • Always take care of customers after sales and evaluate the satisfaction in each order.

POS Understanding:

  • Understand the selling and payment procedures on POS.

Reporting:

  • Proactively report all issues related to CS Dept to Line Manager.
  • Propose the ideas, opinions, and solutions for any issue.

Other tasks required by Line Manager.

Working Location: 186 Nguyen Van Huong, Thao Dien, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City

Starting time: ASAP

Remuneration: according to Le Square Epicier Fin policy

REQUIREMENTS

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALITIES

  • College or University Graduated.
  • Proficiency in English. French is a plus.
  • Management skill, reporting skill, good at Microsoft Excel/ Word.
  • At least 1 year as Customer Service Advisor in FMCG Retail.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Open to learn and be always proactive, energetic.
