Pistou soup is a famous dish from South - East of France, it is made with summer vegetables like beans, zucchini, potatoes and served with pasta and pistou. This sauce helps the soup to be more tasteful, thanks to its ingredients: garlic, olive oil and basil.

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Carrots
  • 3 Leeks
  • 1 Onion
  • 80g green beans
  • 40g White beans
  • 2 Big potatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 branch of basil
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS

    Skill and wash all the vegetables

    Cut in the same size all the vegetables

    In hot water (1.5L) cook carrots, onions, leeks, green beans, white beans and potatoes

    For the pistou: mix, garlic and basil put slowly oil and some tomatoes potatoes

    You can now eat by putting a bit of pistou in the soup.
